The Foundational Level Workshop (Level 1) will cover the basics of the Emotional Freedom Techniques and includes demonstrations and hands-on application and practice during the workshop. You will learn the Basic Recipe of EFT as well as shortcuts and how to craft effective "setup phases" to increase your skillfulness. Strategies for getting to "core issues" will be covered, and common pitfalls will be discussed so that you will be able to start using EFT that very evening on yourself and your family. Techniques for applying EFT for pain, anxiety, stress, phobias, anger and grief as well as the emotional underpinnings of many health conditions will prepare you to begin exploring this revolutionary healing method for yourself.
The tuition for this full-day workshop is $125 if prepaid, $140 at the door.
